Core Design & Working Principle
1. Dual-Balloon Fixation System
The product is equipped with two independent balloons, which are respectively fixed at the esophagus above the cardia and the duodenum below the pylorus to achieve two-way anchoring, effectively preventing the displacement of the support tube during the operation; at the same time, the inflated balloons can tightly seal the cardia and pylorus, creating a closed environment for intraoperative leak testing.
2. Intraoperative Leak Testing Mechanism
Inject colored liquid (such as methylene blue solution) at the female Luer connector, and the liquid can flow out from the side hole of the support tube; since the patient end of the product is a closed structure, combined with the sealing effect of the dual balloons, the colored liquid can be completely retained in the stomach, so as to accurately detect the leakage of the surgical resection margin and timely avoid the risk of postoperative complications.
3. Efficient Suction Connection Design
The opening at the machine end of the support tube is designed as a special machine-side connector, which can be quickly and stably connected to the suction machine, facilitating the timely emptying of gastric contents during the operation and optimizing the surgical field of view; it is also equipped with a sealing cap, which can effectively prevent the reflux of gastric contents and reduce the risk of infection when not connected to the suction machine.
