On the afternoon of June 23, 2026, Zhejiang Sungood Technology Co., Ltd., through its parent trade union, invited Dr. Zhang Fan—Director of the Department of Intelligent Media and Head of the Digital Media Technology Program at Zhejiang University of Media and Communications—to conduct a special training session titled “AI-Empowered Office Practices and Applications.” The session aimed to help employees broaden their perspectives through the application of cutting-edge AI technologies and enhance the company’s office efficiency across all scenarios.



This training program combines demonstration-based instruction, hands-on exercises, and real-time Q&A sessions, closely aligning with real-world office scenarios to emphasize practicality and applicability. The trainers will provide systematic instruction on mainstream AI tools such as Doubao, DeepSeek, Kimi, Tongyi Qianwen, Wenxin Yiyan, and Tencent Yuanbao. The curriculum is divided into five core modules: an overview of large language models, copywriting, data processing, assisted PPT generation, and agent applications. They provided a detailed breakdown of practical techniques such as prompt writing, requirement clarification, information extraction, and manual revision. The training covered a full range of office scenarios—including official document drafting, report writing, data analysis, report generation, proposal planning, meeting minutes, knowledge retrieval, presentation delivery, and process automation—to help participants quickly master the core functions of AI tools and effectively improve their daily office efficiency and work quality.
